I just got a spinal tap today and it hurt (and still does) like a muthafuka. And they made the mistake of showing me the needle beforehand which was roughly half the length of a soda can. It doesn't sound that big but in needle retrospect, it is a beast. But now I have some incentive since they told me you either exercise more to drain the fluid from your head or have more spinal taps done. I've never ran faster to my stepper machine.
